Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only.
When your order is posted
Every Awe Kids order is handmade and packed by hand in Gravesend, Kent. We post your order within 5 working days of you placing it.

Christmas 2026
To receive your order before Christmas, order by:
- Wednesday 9 December for Standard delivery
- Friday 11 December for Express delivery
- Friday 18 December for collection from Gravesend
We post early because Royal Mail has had delays this year. Orders placed after these dates will still be sent, but we can't promise they'll arrive before Christmas.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email when we post your order.
Collecting from Gravesend
Choose "Local pickup" at checkout. When your order is ready, we'll email you the collection address and times. Please collect within 14 days.
Delays
Once your parcel is posted, delivery is in Royal Mail's hands. If it hasn't arrived 5 working days after the expected date, email us and we'll chase it for you.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll re-send it once the new postage has been paid.
Sending a gift
You can send your order straight to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. We don't include prices in the parcel.
